The Business Development Manager (HR) will be responsible for expanding my client base in the UAE market by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision makers, and promoting our recruitment and HR consulting services to potential clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the UAE market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in the UAE.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Promote and market our recruitment and HR consulting services to potential clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the UAE market.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our clients.
Attend networking events and conferences to build brand awareness and promote our services.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment or HR consulting industry.
Strong understanding of the UAE market and business landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.
