- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, and identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts; and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the products/services.
- Allocate resources and schedule marketing and advertising activities according to the importance of each product/service in the organization’s overall marketing strategy for the product/service line.
- Design Sales campaigns and sales collateral for the products/services that are consistently effective and appropriate for the target audience.
