Job Description

- Supervise setting up your bar – ensure to stock up on all the supplies you’ll need, manage your inventory and make sure all your equipment works.
- Assist change beer barrels when necessary.
- Report any untoward incident to the Outlets Manager and recommend action plan if necessary.
- Look after your bar – keep it clean and tidy and make sure the alcohol is always secure.
- Supervise handling cash and credit transactions by the attendant or bartender.
- Look smart – wear your uniform with pride.
