POSITION SUMMARY

The Hygienist is responsible for developing implementing and continuously improving hygiene sanitation environmental monitoring and pest management programs to ensure food safety regulatory compliance and the production of safe high-quality products.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Lead and maintain factory hygiene cleaning and sanitation programs to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Manage environmental monitoring microbiological verification and hygiene inspections to identify and mitigate contamination risks.
• Oversee pest management activities and drive corrective actions to maintain a hygienic manufacturing environment.
• Ensure effective implementation of hygienic zoning personnel practices and contamination prevention controls.
• Conduct hygiene audits trend analyses and root cause investigations and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support compliance with FSSC 22000 HACCP GMP Halal and regulatory requirements ensuring audit readiness at all times.
• Deliver training and coaching to employees and contractors on hygiene sanitation and food safety practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen food safety culture and operational excellence.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

• Bachelor Degree in Science Food Engineering Chemistry Biology Microbiology etc.
• Must Have experience in UAE And know the food safety standards and regulations in Dubai.
• From 3 to 5 Years of experience in Food Manufacturing/ Hospitality.
• Must be proficient in both written and spoken English.
