Job Description
- Responsible for all aspects of sales activities such as attending biweekly meeting with distributors and channel partners
- Influence relations with key decision makers of leading developers & MEP consultants
- Devise strategies on mega & retrofit projects to sell HVAC equipment and handle distributors/dealers
- Support and participate in marketing activities
- Set clear, motivational goals to encourage the distributors to meet or exceed the sales plan
