Architecture Executive
Job Summary
Overall Projects Interior Design delivery & execution responsibilities.
- Support the overall architectural design coordination in collaboration with the DTS Project Lead owner representatives and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a point of contact for architectural design matters from project kick-off through to project completion ensuring alignment with brand standards and project requirements.
- Assist in reviewing architectural consultants appointments.
- Coordinate day-to-day architectural design activities during programming concept schematic and design development stages.
- Review architectural design submissions and provide feedback to ensure compliance with brand standards operational requirements and project objectives.
- Assist in coordinating mock-up reviews and approvals where required.
- Coordinate with specialist consultants and stakeholders on key project elements including F&B wellness public spaces back-of-house areas and guest experience requirements.
- Monitor project design deliverables ensuring timely submission and alignment with approved project milestones.
- Participate in site visits progress meetings and design reviews during development and construction phases
- Prepare presentations for program committees approval and monthly / quarterly updates.
- Maintain projects opening dashboard.
- Project filling and Document Control
Functional coordination with GBD.
- Develop a strong understanding of brand architecture and design standards ensuring familiarity with all brand design documents and updates.
- Support the preparation of presentations and documentation for Global Program Committee (GPC) reviews at programming and concept stages.
- Liaise with GBD teams to ensure architectural designs remain aligned with approved brand direction.
- Assist in coordinating discussions between owners consultants and GBD teams during critical project stages.
- Help ensure that architectural elements signage wayfinding and other brand-related requirements are incorporated into the final project design.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in ARCHITECTURE.
- 2-3 years of experience in architecture design.
- Exposure to hotel resort residential or mixed-use projects is preferred.
- Understanding of project design stages from concept through construction documentation.
- Experience working with architectural consultants developers or international design firms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft Office and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of BIM processes and architectural documentation standards is preferred.
- Strong communication presentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated proactive and eager to learn within an international hospitality environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
