This is a rare opportunity to work for one of UAEs longest standing, well run and well respected architectural practices in Dubai, at a Director level.
Were currently working with them to find an Architectural Project Director who already has experience at a Director level and can demonstrate their capabilities/already known in the region for their work/projects.
Previous experience must include:
- Running project teams
- Assisting senior management to improve overall company performance
- Lead and liaising with clients, sub-consultants, local authorities, project managers, service providers and external stakeholders.
- Effective managerial oversight of design and documentation processes, client submissions, authorities and other service providers.
- Ensuring a high level of quality within your project team.
- Working with a diverse multicultural team.
- Well versed in understanding commercial contracts.
- Leading meetings with teams, stakeholders, consultants, sub-consultants and contractors.
- Well versed with terms of business agreements and understanding of payment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Architecture
- Minimum of 15 years professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years in the GCC region.
A design-led background essential so the understanding of the original design concept intentions can bepreserved.
