Assist with the Document Controlling tasks and support of the implementation of new document archiving system and procedure
• Support with developing department templates where required
• Update Department Procedures document as per requirements given by section manage
• Assist the team with the implementation of new systems and procedures within the department
• Provide Manager Quality & Support with regular updates on system and process improvements within the department
• Provide Manager Quality & Support with regular updates on system and process improvements within the department
• Coordinate with the internal teams to review existing department processes and procedures and develop new procedures where required to enhance overall operational performance and efficiency
• Contribute to department processes and procedures through proposing new approaches to enhance overall performance of the department • Coordinate with Asset & Property Management department sections on implementation of various projects and tasks
• Support with processing invoices and raising requisitions for services required for daytoday operations
• Compile weekly and monthly reports, as well as any other reports required by the section head, in a timely manner
• Support the team with daytoday activities where required
