Job Description
- Provide assistance and support to the Accounts Manager
- Manage online banking payments
- Data entry and reports generation using QuickBooks
- VAT reconciliation and VAT entry posting
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Monitor weekly and monthly cash flows
- Prepare periodic financial statements
- Follow up with clients for receivables
- Calculation of commission and generation of commission invoice
