Job Description
• Logistics/ freight invoices booking.
• Trade Loan booking.
• Retail posting and reconciliation between LS and NAV
• Booking Receipt relating to retail sales & Reconciliation
• Supplier payment entries
• Reconciliation of local, overseas supplier & logistics supplier
• Stock Count of retail stores
• Consignment sales reconciliation .
• Preparing cheques.
• Local Purchase Order preparation along with Jr. Accountant
• Credit Card, Dewa, Fewa, Sewa, ADDC Verification - Payment handling
• Booking expenses invoice (Marketing & Merchandising & Other service invoices).
• Own account Transfer / Bank charges
• Opening new bank account /liaising with bankers with relation to all the documentation
• Verifying all the legal documents as per the request of Financial Controller
• Audit Work
