Part Time Sales Administrator 20 hours per week, with the choice to work any days between Monday and Friday within office hours, to suit you.

We are one of the UK s leading building materials suppliers, delivering lead sheet and a wide range of ancillary products to builders merchants nationwide.

In addition, the Client are also the UK s leading specialist in lead engineering. We design, manufacture, and install radiation shielding and other products for the nuclear, defence, healthcare, construction, industrial and research markets.

The Role Part Time Sales Administrator

Reporting to the Commercial Director, as a Part Time Sales Administrator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting new and existing customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered
  • Processing customer orders over the phone and promoting ancillary products
  • Providing information to the Commercial Team and Production
  • Completing office administration and ensuring efficient running of systems

  • Salary in the region of 18,000 to 20,000 pro rata, with the level dependent on experience

Our Requirements Part Time Sales Administrator

  • Proven sales administration experience
  • Personable with an excellent telephone manner
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work on own initiative
