Job Description: Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with property requirements, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Sales Agent will represent the company professionally, provide accurate property information, and support clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

Key Responsibilities:

-Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, property portals, and networking

-Contact potential clients and understand their property requirements

-Present suitable properties based on client needs and budget

-Arrange and conduct property viewings

-Explain property details, prices, payment plans, and community features

-Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into successful deals

-Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

-Maintain updated client records and follow-ups in the CRM system

-Coordinate with listing, admin, marketing, and management teams

-Collect required documents for sales or rental transactions

-Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and new projects

-Ensure all transactions follow company policies and real estate regulations

-Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals

-Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

-Previous sales or real estate experience preferred

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-Professional appearance and attitude

-Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

-Good knowledge of the local property market is an advantage

-Basic computer and CRM knowledge

-Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
