Job Summary
Develop project schedules and work programs
Prepare baseline schedules using planning software
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
Identify delays risks and critical activities
Coordinate with project teams for progress tracking
Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports
Conduct resource and manpower planning
Analyze project productivity and performance
Support cost control and project forecasting
Prepare recovery plans for delayed activities
