Job Summary
- Install maintain and repair electrical wiring equipment lighting systems and control panels.
- Perform cable laying glanding termination and testing activities.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings single-line diagrams and technical specifications.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors MCC panels DBs transformers and related systems.
- Ensure all electrical works are completed as per project requirements and safety standards.
- Conduct insulation resistance tests continuity tests and other electrical checks.
- Assist during commissioning and pre-commissioning activities.
- Follow permit-to-work (PTW) procedures and comply with HSE regulations at site.
- Coordinate with supervisors engineers and other trades for smooth execution of work.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Report daily work progress and any site issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications :
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant trade certification.
- Minimum 35 years of experience as an Electrician in Oil & Gas EPC refinery petrochemical or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Experience in cable termination panel wiring and electrical maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and electrical standards.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
