RPA Developer (UiPath)

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer (UiPath) to design, build, and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency for INTERNATIONAL CENTRE FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative automation solutions and enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy UiPath automation workflows to meet business requirements.

- Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather automation requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

- Conduct testing and debugging of automation processes to optimize performance.

- Provide training and support to users on implemented automation solutions.

- Continuously monitor, maintain, and enhance automation workflows to ensure efficiency.

Requirements & Skills:

- 1-5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

- Proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator for automation development.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of process automation and workflow design.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- UiPath certification is a plus.

- Experience in process optimization and improvement initiatives.
