About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to support financial operations within a fast-paced HR outsourcing and staffing environment. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities assisting in financial reporting and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. This position is open exclusively to Emirati nationals.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain accurate records of financial transactions including invoices payments and journal entries and assist with general ledger proper documentation and filing of financial reconciliation of accounts on a regular basis.
Accounts Payable & ReceivableProcess vendor invoices and ensure timely receivables and follow up on outstanding payment schedules and coordinate accurate records of client and vendor accounts.
Financial ReportingAssist in preparing monthly financial reports and budgeting and expense tracking financial data and highlight financial reports and insights to management when required.
Compliance & Audit SupportEnsure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company with VAT documentation filing and internal and external audits by preparing necessary proper financial controls and procedures.
Coordination & Administrative SupportCoordinate with internal departments for financial data and in payroll processing and employee expense financial documentation and record smooth coordination of finance-related operations.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.13 years of experience in finance or accounting roles preferably within service-based National (Emirati) is mandatory for this role.
