Overview
AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.
Your role
- Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality residential buildings infrastructure etc.
- Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
- Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
About you
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field.
- 812 years of experience
- Proven capability in remeasure contracts cost control and valuation of site-wide works.
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding particularly with variations and change workflows.
- Understanding of WIR/MIR processes and their impact on cost and progress validation.
- Strong analytical measurement and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in measurement tools (CostX Planswift etc.) and MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced multidiscipline environment.
