Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Camp Boss to join our organization in United Arab this leadership role you will oversee all aspects of camp operations ensuring a safe efficient and well-organized environment for our workforce. You will report directly to senior management and serve as the primary point of contact for all camp-related matters demonstrating decisive leadership and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Oversee daily camp operations including accommodation dining sanitation and general maintenance facilities
- Manage camp budgets monitor expenditures
- Prepare and manage all camp related reports and submissions on high concentration on accuracy organization and timeliness.
- Supervise and manage camp staff including hiring onboarding performance evaluation and disciplinary actions
- Enforce safety protocols health standards and compliance with UAE labor regulations and organizational policies in camps.
- Coordinate logistics including procurement of supplies equipment maintenance and vendor management
- Conduct regular inspections of camp facilities and implement corrective actions as needed
- Address and resolve camp grievances conflicts and operational issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate camp and Labor records documentation and reporting systems for camp activities and incidents.
- Ensure effective communication between camp personnel and senior management
- Develop and implement camp programs and initiatives to enhance worker welfare and productivity
- Monitor and control access to camp facilities ensuring security and safety protocols are maintained
Qualifications :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in camp management or similar supervisory roles in labor-intensive industries
- Proven experience managing large-scale worker camps with 500 personnel
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations health standards and UAE labor law compliance
- Demonstrated supervisory and team management experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with logistics coordination and vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and camp management software
- Preferred: Experience working in the Middle East or Gulf region
- Preferred: Knowledge of construction camp operations
- Preferred: Experience with worker accommodation standards and welfare programs
- Preferred: Knowledge and coordination with real estates for new camp hires in UAE.
Additional Information :
Mandatory UAE driving License required.
