Job Responsibility and Requirement
- Responsible for the coordination activity planning and execution of all actions and procedures relating to the timely processing of visas work permits visa medical and EID registration.
- Providing suitable solutions and responses to enquiries from employees & management with effective communication and knowledge. support the team for outside the office works as and when required.
- Effective oral and written Communication skills in English and Arabic are required.
- Capable to handle labor & Immigration systems like FZE Authorities (DWTC) GDRFA MOHRE Tasheel and other related government platforms like DED Municipality Chamber and Civil Defense.
- Under general supervision works within a specialized function to complete tasks in accordance with procedures.
- Support general business operations by providing administrative support activities like Petty cash expense claim vendor payment and banking.
- Effective oral and written Communication skills in English and Arabic are required.
- Typing skill- English and Arabic with 5 years experience in same field. Candidates must hold valid UAE license.
