Mechanical Engineer

Montreux Electromechanical Works L.L.C is seeking a Female Mechanical Engineer for our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, possess a minimum of 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience, and demonstrate proficiency in managing technical tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance plans

- Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure prompt repairs

- Supervise technicians to maintain high work standards

- Coordinate with other departments for seamless workflow

- Generate technical reports and maintain maintenance documentation

- Manage pressure situations and resolve technical challenges efficiently

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience

- Ability to supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities

- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues

- Familiarity with engineering and maintenance software

- Strong reporting skills and team leadership abilities

- Capacity to work under pressure and resolve technical issues effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional certifications in maintenance management

- Experience in industrial equipment maintenance
