LinkedIns Sales Solutions team is dedicated to changing the world of sales through the use of Sales Navigator our flagship product that connects and builds mutually beneficial relationships between buyers and sellers.
We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Sales Manager to establish and grow our partner ecosystem. As the first partner-focused hire you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner strategy recruiting and onboarding new partners and driving revenue growth through partner channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of channel sales excellent communication and relationship-building skills and a proven track record of success in developing and managing partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy aligned with the companys overall sales and business objectives. Formulate a full understanding of assigned partners business model and objectives to identify opportunities for mutual business growth.
Market awareness: Develop a strong understanding of market developments based on insights from partners and advise internal senior stakeholders on potential opportunities.
Partner Recruitment: Identify recruit and onboard new partners including value-added resellers (VARs) and technology partners
Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver onboarding and training programs sales tools and marketing resources to enable partners to effectively sell and support our products/services.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner contacts serving as their primary point of contact within the organization. Build strong internal relationships across business lines and key partners within LinkedIn to support Partner Programme success.
Sales Management: Work closely with partners to identify and qualify sales opportunities develop joint sales plans and track progress against sales targets. As the first PSM in the region you will need to join client meetings with Partners to ensure they are onboarding correctly.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and generate leads through partner channels. This will include attending customer events and undertaking client visits in person.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partner agreements in conjunction with our legal team and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends competitive landscape and partner programs.
Internal communications: Ensure programme is communicated effectively internally aligning with marketing and Sales LT. Ongoing reporting to Sales LT on progress of programme key metrics etc
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
8 years of experience in channel sales partner management or business development related to Sales Market or Sales Enablement
Background in developing and managing partnerships in MENA
Experience of channel sales models and partner programs in MENA
Fluent in Arabic and English
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration sales marketing or a related field
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Resilience and agility to manage ambiguity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience of having worked on Sales Navigator
