Graduate Proposal Management Specialist إماراتيين (خلاصة القيد)

AECOM are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Graduate Proposal Management Specialist to join our Strategy & Growth  team in Dubai United Arab Emirates.

In this role you will serve as a key support function for our bids and proposals department ensuring the timely and accurate preparation coordination and submission of competitive bids and proposals. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with submission requirements and support the overall success of our business development initiatives.

This role is a part of our 24-months Advance graduate program. Your journey from graduate to future leader will be supported through structured learning programs and one-on-one mentoring with industry experts equipping you with the tools to make a lasting impact on our organization and the nation.

As part of AECOMs commitment to Emiratisation and in accordance with UAE labour law only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role. This role is fully NAFIS eligible.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and assembly of bid and proposal documents ensuring all required components are included and properly formatted
• Maintain comprehensive bid calendars and track submission deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all proposals
• Organize and manage proposal documentation including filing systems databases and digital repositories for easy retrieval and reference
• Review bid and proposal documents for accuracy completeness and compliance with client requirements and organizational standards
• Monitor and update bid tracking systems and maintain accurate records of all submissions and outcomes

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Experience:

• UAE National with a Family Book as required by Emiratisation and UAE labor law requirements.
• A Bachelors Degree in business administrations / technical fields or a related subject 
• Must have recently graduated or be on track to graduate prior to the program start date. Preference is given to candidates who have graduated within the past 12 months up to 24 months.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
