Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data and users feedback.
- Ensure all data sources are in sync and sources are sending us correct data.
- Generate actionable reports that provide insights on users behavior subscription trends and other key performance indicators and provide recommendations on features that will improve the user experience.
- Share regular insights with the team.
- Create reports that are simultaneously data-rich and easily digested.
- Exchange data and feedback with the content team the product management team and the tech team to present results and come up with ideas that make the product more user centric.
- Understand conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and being able to applyCRO hacks
- Work with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram
- Prioritize growth channels
- Optimize channels to always improve the performance of the app.
- Scale and automate the growth processes.
- Design and maintain the overall data architecture and infrastructure
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science software engineering or a related field
- Masters degree in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics would be a plus
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role
- Previous experience in a subscription mobile app is a must
- Previous work experience on a platform with over 200K Paid Subscribers
- Experience with user behavior analysis
- Technical skills including coding skills Google Analytics search engine optimization and SQL queries.
- Expert with Firebase & Mixpanel
- Expert in Funnels & Optimizing funnels and Retention & Engagement
- Expert in growth hacking
