Job Summary

  • Preparing geotechnical borehole logging reports and geological assessments as per BS 5930:2015A1:2020 and other related standards.
  • Responsible for geotechnical borehole Description and insitu testing (Packer and Permeability test).
  • Responsible for site supervision of geotechnical investigation projects.
  • Prepare laboratory testing schedules geotechnical sample analysis based on the project specification.
  • Responsible for Applying soil investigation permit with various authorities.
  • Ensures effective implementations of QMS and responsible to inhouse verification of geotechnical equipments.
  • Assist in the management of data from fieldworks and laboratory testing.

Qualifications :

  • Should be a masters Science in Applied Geology Geology Geoscience and related field.
  • Minimum 34 years experience as Geologist in ISO 17025:2017 accredited Geotechnical Laboratory.
  • Basic knowledge of soil mechanics rock classification and geotechnical testing methods.
  • Should have knowledge of Auto CAD and GINT software. 
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
