Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed HVAC layout drawings schematics and shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Coordinate with mechanical engineers and other MEP disciplines to ensure accurate and clashfree designs.
- Interpret design specifications and translate them into practical HVAC system layouts.
- Review and modify drawings based on site conditions or engineer feedback.
- Ensure drawings adhere to relevant codes standards and project requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
- Conduct site visits if required for drawing coordination and updates.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Draftsman.
- Proven drafting experience within the GCC preferably in the UAE.
- Proficient in AutoCAD/ shop drawings ; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems including ducting chilled water systems ventilation and insulation detailing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
