Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily nursery and childcare center operations
- Supervise and support teachers and childcare staff
- Ensure compliance with UAE childcare regulations and safety standards
- Develop and implement early childhood education programs and curriculum
- Maintain a safe nurturing and stimulating environment for children
- Handle parent communication feedback and enrollment processes
- Manage staff schedules training and performance evaluations
- Oversee administrative tasks reporting and documentation
- Ensure hygiene health and safety standards are consistently maintained
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or related field
- Minimum 35 years experience as Nursery Manager or Childcare Center Supervisor
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Leadership/Early Years certificate (eg. CACHE L5) preferred
- Knowledge of UAE childcare regulations and licensing requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- First Aid and Child Safety certifications preferred
- Immediate availability preferred
