🚨 We Are Hiring – Architectural Draftsman
We are looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our growing team in a leading Interior Fit-Out company.
📍 Location: Umm Ramool, Rashidiya
💼 Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction
🕒 Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop 3D models and visual presentations for interior fit-out projects
* Prepare detailed architectural and fit-out shop drawings
* Prepare detailed 2D drawings including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, sections, and elevations
* Prepare joinery and detailed drawings for interior elements
* Coordinate drawings with MEP and project teams
* Revise drawings based on client comments and site conditions
* Conduct site measurements when required
* Prepare as-built drawings after project completion
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/SketchUp is an advantage)
* Experience in interior fit-out projects
* Strong knowledge of construction detailing
* Good coordination and communication skills
