Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the installation testing and commissioning of HVAC systems at construction sites ensuring full compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Review HVAC system designs shop drawings coordination layouts and material submittals for technical accuracy and constructability.

Monitor and manage day-to-day site activities related to HVAC execution ensuring quality safety and schedule adherence.

Coordinate with other MEP disciplines and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and resolve technical issues effectively.

Conduct site inspections system performance testing and commissioning of HVAC systems including ductwork chilled water systems ventilation and controls.

Prepare and maintain project documentation such as RFIs method statements material take-offs progress reports and snag lists.
Li
aise with consultants contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution in accordance withproject milestones.-
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations such as DEWA DM ADDC.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC systems within the construction industry preferably in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC system components and construction methodologies.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and coordination skills.
- Familiar with local authority regulations codes and standards.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate deployment.
