Job Summary

Perform duties and responsibilities on Extrusion machine as assigned by the Plant supervisor or Production Incharge.

Machine Setup: Take lead in setting up machines before production runs including loading materials adjusting settings and ensuring proper tooling is in place.

Machine Operation: Operate machinery according to established procedures guidelines and safety protocols. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments in consultation with Plant Supervisor / Production Incharge.

Quality Control: supervise inspection of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Report any defects or issues to Production Incharge / QC immediately.

Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubricating and replacing worn parts. Troubleshooting and minor repairs when needed.

3 5 years experience preferably in factory set up
