About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Agricultural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be flexible multiskilled and capable of working across Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. This role requires someone who can manage agricultural projects and also adapt to working with clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain agricultural systems and equipment

Oversee field operations and ensure compliance with agricultural best practices

Manage irrigation systems crop planning and soil health initiatives
-
Provide technical support to clients across agriculture and other related sectors
-
Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to meet deadlines and objectives
-
Conduct field visits in both Al Ain and Abu Dhabi as required
-
Assist in research reporting and implementation of sustainable agricultural solutions
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field

Proven experience in agricultural operations or engineering roles

Strong understanding of irrigation systems crop production and sustainable farming practices

Ability to manage projects independently and work across various industries

Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Willingness to travel and work flexibly across Al Ain and Abu Dhabi

Strong communication problemsolving and organizational skills
