Job Summary
- Assists in developing design concepts presentations and technical drawings
- Support in preparing FF&E schedules specifications and sample boards
- Participate in site visits and coordination with contractors and suppliers
- Coordinate with suppliers manufacturers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Research materials finishes furnishings and design trends
- Ensure all work aligns with project briefs timelines and budget requirements
- Prepare FF&E documentation packages
- Collaborate closely with the wider design team to integrate FF&E selections seamleselly into overall design concepts
- Provide general support to the design and FF&E teams in day-to-day tasks
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree in interior design or architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative suit (Photoshop InDesign)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for design innovation detail orientation and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across different project stages
