MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure effective and efficient daily operations of the Dental Practice by collaborating internally with relevant departments/role players to ensure patient care and experience is optimised and provide clinical and administrative assistance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Monitor and drive the efficient and effective running of daily practice operations
- Drive optimal patient experience
- Oversee dental assistants
- 50 % clinical assistance and 50% administrative role
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Degree Qualification in Dental or Nursing with UAE license or eligibility as Dental Assistant or RN
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 2 Years dental practice administration and clinical experience
Organization skills
Knowledge in JCIA
Supervisory and leadership experience
Computer skills in excel
