Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures inspection schedules and documentation for all architectural fitout activities.
- Review project specifications IFC drawings and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections for inprogress and completed works ensuring all activities are executed according to approved drawings and QA/QC standards.
- Identify nonconformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with consultants clients and subcontractors on qualityrelated issues.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as inspection test plans (ITPs) method statements checklists and quality reports.
- Participate in project meetings technical reviews and quality audits.
- Support handover documentation including asbuilt drawings warranties and O&M manuals.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 57 years of UAE experience in the architectural fitout industry.
- Strong knowledge of fitout materials detailing finishes and installation standards.
- Prior experience in hotel or luxury hospitality projects is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with local authority regulations and international QA/QC standards.
- Excellent communication coordination and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and document control systems.
- Currently based in the UAE.
