Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret HVAC design drawings specifications and technical submittals.
- Prepare and coordinate shop drawings material submittals and method statements for HVAC systems.
- Supervise site activities related to HVAC installation testing and commissioning ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with consultants clients and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth .
- Perform site inspections to verify progress and quality of HVAC works.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of HVAC materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE SMACNA and relevant UAE/local codes and regulations.
- Assist in quantity takeoffs project planning and resource allocation.
- Prepare progress reports snag lists and documentation for project closeout and handover.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC systems preferably with contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with HVAC design software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge in HVAC equipment selection ductwork chilled water systems ventilation systems and controls.
- Experience in handling site coordination and resolving MEP conflicts.
- Excellent communication technical reporting and problemsolving skills.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and able to join immediately.
