Job Summary
Apt Resources is on the lookout for a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to support a team in Dubai. This essential role requires a proactive individual to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules appointments and meetings.
- Handle correspondence including emails calls and messages on behalf of management.
- Prepare reports documents and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements bookings and itineraries.
- Maintain organized records files and documents.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams suppliers and external contacts when required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day support for management operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Benefits
Salary: AED 5000 to AED 6000 (depending on experience)
