Job Summary
- Develop and review lifting plans in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Select appropriate lifting equipment rigging gear and cranes for various operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe of lifting activities.
- Provide technical guidance to rigging and crane operators.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (LOLER BS ASME ADNOC Aramco etc..
- Coordinate with site engineers HSE teams and project managers.
- Perform inspections and audits of lifting equipment.
- Train and mentor teams on lifting safety procedures.
Qualifications :
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Certification in LOLER LEEA or equivalent lifting standards.
- Experience in heavy lifting operations in oil & gas projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD lift planning software and load calculations.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and lifting safety protocols.
Additional Information :
- Offshore and onshore oil & gas project sites.
- Requires onsite supervision and adherence to strict safety protocols.
