Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction management team you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of onsite construction activities for largescale projects.
- Manage and supervise construction activities ensuring adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project
- Develop and implement sitespecific safety plans in compliance with UAE regulations and company policies
- Review and approve construction drawings technical submittals and change orders
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Prepare and present progress reports identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies
- Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and environmental standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Masters degree is a plus
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Minimum 810 years of experience in Marine construction engineering with a proven track record in managing largescale projects
- Valid UAE Driving License
