Fire Fighting Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, inspect, and maintain fire protection systems in commercial and residential buildings.

- Conduct routine testing of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and other fire suppression equipment.

- Respond promptly to emergency calls for system repairs and troubleshoot issues effectively.

- Keep detailed records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs performed.

- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients on system operation and maintenance.

- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven experience working as a Fire Fighting Technician or in a related field.

- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, equipment, and safety standards.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging environments.

- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Have pipe installation experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in fire protection or related field is a plus.

- Familiarity with NFPA codes and standards.
