About the Role


The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nationwide will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for real estate agents, brokers, and corporate staff.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop recruitment strategies for real estate agents, brokers, and corporate staff.

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking events, and industry platforms.

Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews with department heads and sales directors.

Manage job postings and employer branding for the agency.

Maintain a candidate database and talent pipeline.

Conduct background checks and reference checks.

Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding with HR.

Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, agent hiring targets).


Requirements & Skills:

Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting brokers.

Minimum 10K followers on LinkedIn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive approach in recruitment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in real estate recruitment.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
