Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Consultant Paediatric Cardiac Anesthesia for a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi.

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports departmental initiatives and hospital clinical governance policies.

Participates in performance management and quality improvement initiatives.

Works collaboratively with cardiac surgery and intensive care teams.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide anesthesia care for paediatric cardiac surgeries including complex congenital heart procedures.

Manage anesthesia during cardiac catheterization and transplant procedures.

Monitor and manage critically ill paediatric cardiac patients perioperatively.

Participate in multidisciplinary cardiac surgical team meetings.

Supervise junior physicians and anesthesia staff.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)

Specialization in Anesthesiology

Fellowship in Paediatric Cardiac Anesthesia preferred

TIER 1 Qualification as per Abu Dhabi PQR

Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience in cardiac anesthesia

Valid DOH License or eligibility

WORK LOCATION ABU DHABI
