We are currently working with a leading FMCG company in Dubai to recruit a Senior Manager FP&A. This position will play a critical role in driving planning and performance across the business partnering closely with commercial and functional leaders to improve decision making strengthen forecasting accuracy and support profitable growth. A key focus will be tackling systems and data consolidation across markets sharpening business performance visibility and helping introduce AI enabled reporting at scale to modernise how insights are delivered to leadership.

What you will be doing

Lead the budgeting forecasting and long range planning processes ensuring alignment to business priorities and clear ownership across functions
Own the monthly performance cadence including management reporting variance analysis and insight driven recommendations to leadership
Act as a key business partner to Sales Marketing Supply Chain and Category teams translating commercial activity into financial outcomes
Drive systems and data consolidation across markets improving consistency governance and quality of performance reporting
Support the build out of AI enabled reporting and analytics partnering with Finance IT and key stakeholders to scale automation and insight generation
Build business cases for new initiatives including pricing promotions innovation and channel expansion with clear ROI discipline
Support revenue and margin management through strong analysis on mix pricing trade spend and profitability by customer and channel
Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain on volume assumptions risks and opportunities and rolling forecasts
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A tools reporting frameworks and planning processes improving speed accuracy and clarity of insights
Present clear confident updates to senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data and commercial judgement

Who you are

Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in FP&A commercial finance or business finance within FMCG
Strong planning and performance management capability across budgets forecasts and management reporting
Comfortable working across systems data and transformation initiatives with an interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve reporting and decision support
Proven business partnering skills with the confidence to challenge influence and support senior stakeholders
Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability comfortable building business cases and scenario planning
Strong systems and Excel skills experience with ERP and planning tools is preferred
Clear communicator with a structured proactive and hands on approach
