Job Summary

Pass Technology, a leading software development company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong sales experience and exceptional communication skills to forge valuable relationships with clients and partners, with a focus on lead generation, deal closures, and marketing support.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

- Build and nurture strong client relationships.

- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demos.

- Follow up on leads to convert them into customers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions.

- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM systems.

- Attend meetings and visit clients across the UAE as needed.


Requirements & Skills:

- Based in the UAE with a valid residency visa and driving license.

- 2–3 years of sales and marketing experience in the UAE.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets under pressure.

- Deep understanding of the UAE market landscape.

- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

- Strong organizational and time management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in B2B sales.

- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation.

- Proficiency in presentation and negotiation skills.
