Role Overview:
The position is designed for experienced business development and partnership professionals who already maintain strong relationships within their local markets. By converting trusted commercial relationships into structured fintech partnerships the role plays a critical part in strengthening the companys global growth strategy and regional market presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Expansion & Strategic Networking
Identify and engage high-potential partners including Introducing Brokers (IBs) affiliate partners trading communities financial influencers and strategic distribution partners.
Leverage existing client and business relationships to introduce partnership opportunities.
Build and manage a structured regional partnership pipeline.
Participate actively in local business communities industry events and professional ecosystems.
Represent the company within the regional financial and entrepreneurial landscape.
Partnership Development & Deal Structuring
Present partnership models revenue opportunities and collaboration structures to prospective partners.
Structure and negotiate strategic partnership agreements.
Work closely with leadership and the strategic team to close high-value partnerships.
Convert established commercial relationships into long-term affiliate structures.
Develop scalable multi-tier partnership models.
Revenue & Volume Growth
Generate net deposits and trading volume through partner networks.
Ensure activation engagement and retention of partners.
Build consistent and predictable monthly volume through partnerships.
Expand the regional network through ongoing relationship development.
Long-Term Network Development
Develop multi-layer affiliate and Sub-IB structures within the region.
Build sustainable regional fintech partnership ecosystems.
Align local growth strategies with the global affiliate architecture.
Establish strong credibility within the regional financial community.
Leadership & Strategic Alignment
Act as a regional growth leader within the partnership ecosystem.
Promote and implement the companys global partnership framework.
Mentor emerging partnership leaders within the network.
Provide market insights and feedback to support global expansion strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Professional working proficiency in English (C1) both oral and written.
Proven experience in business development partnerships or revenue-generating commercial roles
Strong networking capabilities with an existing portfolio of clients investors or strategic partners.
Demonstrated success in building and monetizing relationship-driven business opportunities.
Experience expanding markets or developing partnership ecosystems.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
Excellent negotiation deal-structuring and relationship-management skills.
Strong communication skills and professional presence when engaging senior stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of financial markets investment products or trading services is advantageous but not mandatory.
