As a Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in managing both residential and commercial leases, benefiting from full support, fresh leads, and access to exclusive properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate lease agreements for residential and commercial properties.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.

• Conduct property viewings and showcase available units to potential clients.

• Negotiate lease terms and conditions to ensure a win-win outcome for all parties.

• Prepare lease documents and ensure all legal requirements are met.

• Stay updated on market trends and property values in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate leasing within the Abu Dhabi market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Possession of a valid driving license; owning a car is preferred.

• Encouraging female candidates to apply for diversity.

• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.

• Certification in Real Estate Leasing or Property Management.
