Interfaces with business line growth team and operations to support the process of wining work. Leads responses to client RFI/RFQ/RFPs and applies standard pursuit processes to ensure efficiency in schedule and bid compliance. Responsible for print electronic and oral proposal deliverables. Provides market research and competitive intelligence and leverages data systems and tools to support proposal strategy and business strategic planning efforts.
Job Summary
Supports members of the proposal management team with routine tasks.
Learns about AECOMs proposal management processes techniques and how the business operates.
Assists more experienced personnel in preparing written materials usually of a non-technical nature.
May perform directed research for others.
Coordinates meetings for the proposal team. Attends if requested and takes notes.
Performs a self-check of work prior to submitting to others for review.
Qualifications :
Diploma in Business Administration Office Management or a related field is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
