Job Summary

Customer Experience: Expertise in identifying root causes of poor customer experience and taking corrective actions both real time and post delivery.
Logistics Metrics: Comprehensive understanding of logistics metrics and their impact on business performance.
Rider Staffing: Expertise in optimizing rider staffing levels to ensure efficient and reliable delivery operations.
Order Forecasting: Specialized knowledge in accurately predicting order volumes to facilitate smooth logistics planning.
Rider Payment Design: Proficiency in designing and implementing rider payment systems to incentivize performance.
Analytics & Data Management:
Utilize in-depth experience to identify best practices and improvements for Talabats markets and regions.
Rigorously test and analyze complex problems documenting the impact objectively and recommending optimal solutions.
Handle in-depth analysis prepare data-driven cases and present solutions with visualizations and supporting material.
Anticipate the reaction of metrics KPIs and riders to changes making data-driven decisions to adjust parameters.
Problem Solving:
Solve unique and complex problems with a broad impact on the business using innovative and conceptual thinking.
Develop short-term and long-term relieving plans to address issues and counter challenges effectively.
Stakeholder & Programme Management:
Manage end-to-end rollouts and changes aligning with stakeholders and senior management as needed.
Communicate complex concepts anticipate objections and persuade senior executives in local markets.
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
Bachelors degree. STEM and Economics backgrounds are highly preferred.
5-6 years of experience in tech start-ups or operational roles are highly preferred. Last mile delivery industry experience is a plus.
Excellent Analytics and Data driven problem-solving skills are required.
Experience with Tableau Data studio or similar reporting and visualization tools skills is desirable.
Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to drive complex ideas and processes to diverse people across markets and teams.
