[UAE] Data Science & AI (UAE National)

Sia is seeking a motivated and analytical UAE National with a background in Data Science Artificial Intelligence or related fields to join our consulting team in the Middle East. 

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about leveraging data and AI to solve complex business challenges.

You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to support strategy development data analysis AI use-case identification and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support consulting engagements across strategy digital transformation and AI initiatives
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights
• Assist in identifying AI and automation opportunities for clients
• Develop dashboards reports and presentations for client stakeholders
• Conduct market research benchmarking and industry analysis
• Support development of business cases for AI-driven solutions
• Participate in client meetings and workshops
• Prepare high-quality presentations and documentation

Qualifications :

• UAE National 
• Bachelors degree in Data Science Artificial Intelligence Computer Science Statistics Engineering or related field
• 01 year of experience (consulting exposure preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and data modeling
• Familiarity with tools such as Python SQL Power BI Tableau or similar
• Strong communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English is a must)
• High motivation to build a career in management consulting
