Handle check-in and check-out procedures for gym pool and spa facilities.
Manage membership registrations renewals and payments.
Provide information about health club services facilities classes and promotions.
Schedule appointments for personal training sessions or fitness classes.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate records and update the system accordingly.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and facility areas.
Monitor guest access and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when required.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Promote hotel facilities and encourage upselling of memberships and services.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a health club gym spa or hospitality environment is an advantage.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and hotel management systems).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
