As an IT Network Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution

- Install and configure network equipment and software

- Monitor network performance and implement necessary adjustments

- Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement network solutions

- Ensure network security and compliance with company policies

- Document network configurations and procedures accurately

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Proven experience in network administration

- In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
