Job Summary

Role Summary

The Aluminum Fabricator is responsible for cutting assembling and fabricating highquality aluminum products in alignment with City Techs standards of precision craftsmanship and innovation. The role supports the production of windows doors curtain walls partitions and custom aluminum structures as part of the companys turnkey manufacturing services.

Key Responsible Areas

Aluminum Fabrication - Cut shape and assemble aluminum sections as per technical drawings. Fabricate frames doors windows curtain walls partitions and customized products.

Technical Accuracy - Interpret and work from engineering drawings and measurements. Ensure all fabricated items meet quality and dimensional standards.

Quality & Safety - Conduct quality checks to ensure defect-free fabrication. Follow safe handling and machine operation procedures.

Coordination - Work closely with the production and site teams for seamless installation flow. Prepare fabrication materials in advance to avoid delays.

Core Competencies

Strong understanding of aluminum systems and profiles
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Precision cutting assembly & fabrication skills
Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery
Problem solving and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Requirements

1-2 years hands-on experience in aluminum fabrication preferred
No formal certification required
Practical knowledge is more important than academic background

Benefits

Salary depends on experience level:

Helper / Junior Level: AED 1200 accommodation
Mid-Level (some experience): AED 1600 accommodation
Senior / Highly Experienced: AED 2200 accommodation

Overtime will be provided whenever required based on workload

Working visa will be provided.
